There are many advancements happening to make crypto custody easier. Slow tx time has been overcome by hundreds of projects already. The industry is still in barely the 2nd inning of the overall game. Crypto as currency has been won by Bitcoin, but it needs third party solutions to scale. Everything else building in "web 3" should focus on making that happen.
